Delivery Information

  1. All products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer registered in our database. In the event of delays or other disadvantages incurred due to incorrect information provided by the Customer, Dewanie Beauty should not be liable for those cost and liabilities associated with it.
  2. The estimated time of arrivals of your purchases may be reasonably affected and/or extended by various reasons, such as the weather, natural disasters, custom authorities, and other uncontrollable factors which may render delivery extremely difficult (“Extreme Factors”) on which Dewanie Beauty has no influence. Under such circumstances, Dewanie Beauty shall notify the Customer immediately via email registered in our database. 
  3. Delivery charges may depend on the order quantity and delivery destination. The type of delivery will be chosen by Dewanie Beauty in its own fair judgment. All items purchased will be delivered in normal household quantities via courier services hired/contracted during business hours and working days.
  4. If an item cannot be delivered from our store, we shall not be held liable for the performance of contract. In the case of non-deliverability due to Extreme Factors, the Customer will be notified immediately and any payments in return shall be returned in the form of Dewanie Beauty credit or Bank Transfer.

Returns Policy

  1. We are committed to providing quality products to our customers and we are happy to process a return / refund for the following reasons:
    • If the product has a defect / damaged at the time of delivery
    • If the product delivered is different from the item ordered
  2. All items must be returned within 7 days, in its original condition, with full packaging, materials, and tags; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
  3. All items cannot be returned once used.
  4. We will inspect the returned product once it is safely received. If the condition of the product/s are to our requirements as stated above, you can opt for an exchange (if stocks are available), or a refund via store credit upon approved return, or direct refund to payment account (credit card/debit card) after 30 days, processed from the approved return date.
  5. All products may be exchanged once, from the same range, or with another product of the same value.
  6. Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price paid at the point of ordering.
  7. Items bought during promotions, special deals and events, are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you discover an external defect or damage upon delivery, kindly email Customer Service via dewaniebeauty@gmail.com with the subject “Return Item”, with supporting evidence and your invoice number, to arrange for return or refund within 7 days. Kindly inform us via the email provided above, before returning the item, otherwise the request will not be processed.

We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
